Made to order

Every piece is printed for you after you order. Printing takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $6.95, free on orders of $65 or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times start once your order ships. They're estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Some items ship separately

Blankets, long-sleeve tees, ornaments and pillows are printed by other studios, so each arrives in its own box, apart from the rest of your order. The extra box costs you nothing: there's one shipping charge per order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take a little time to update.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages

If your order is lost or delayed, contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier. If it arrives damaged, see our Return and refund policy.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because every piece is made to order, we can change or cancel it only before printing starts. If we cancel it, we refund your original payment method.
