Phone photos are welcome. Upload a JPG, PNG or HEIC (the iPhone's own format) up to 25 MB, one photo per pet. We lift your pet off the background automatically and show you the cutout to approve before anything else.

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and please leave out brand logos and trademarks.

Daylight is best, near a window or outside. Get down to your pet's eye level, keep their face sharp and in focus, and leave a little room around them. No filters. The plainer the background, the cleaner the cutout.

The studio checks before you pay. It measures your pet's own pixels at the size you've chosen on the product you've chosen and tells you if it will print soft, so you can make it smaller or try another photo. You'll never find out from the parcel.

No. We take people out of the cutout (a hand on your pet's head, the arms holding them) and tell you, so you can check it looks right. If we can't lift someone out without taking part of your pet too, we say so: brush them out with Touch up, or choose a framed portrait. Either way, we look at the order before it prints.

Choose "Touch up the cutout": an Erase brush takes away anything the cutout kept (a toy, a blanket, a sleeve) and a Restore brush brings back fur it lost. Or choose a framed portrait: your photo with its own background, as a circle, an arch or the whole photo.

Every animal gets in. Dogs and cats, sure. Also rabbits, birds, lizards, horses, the goldfish. If you love it, it sits.

That's the promise: what you see is what we print. The preview draws your artwork on each product's real print area, at the size and in the place it will print. If the print doesn't match the preview, we reprint it free.

Your pet is cut out and set in front of a backdrop you pick, like a portrait studio: painted canvases, cream paper, soft sand, and seasonal ones for the holidays, in a rounded rectangle, an arch or a circle. Or no backdrop at all, with your pet printed straight on the garment. Or a framed portrait of your photo, background and all.

Yes, and it's included. The nameplate is your pet's name in italic under the portrait (beside it on the wider products), with an optional year ("est. 2021"). Leave it blank for just the picture.

Every garment's page has a size guide with its measurements, next to the size picker: measure a shirt you love and compare. It's worth the minute, because each piece is printed just for you, so we can't take back or exchange a size that doesn't fit.

On the tee, the long sleeve, the kids' tee, the crewneck and the hoodie: choose Print on Front, Back or Both. Each side has its own placement, nameplate and backdrop, and the back starts as a copy of the front. Both sides costs a little more; the studio shows how much next to Both, before you add it to your cart.

Up to four, one photo per pet, sitting together on one backdrop; Arrange pets lets you move and size each one. Each extra pet adds a small charge, shown next to Add another pet. A framed portrait, No backdrop and the blanket print the first pet for now.

Everything is made to order and ships in 3–5 business days. That's the time to make it, before it leaves the printer. Once it ships, US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

US shipping is $6.95 flat, and free on orders over $65. We ship within the US for now.

The blanket is printed edge to edge by a different studio, so it arrives in its own box, usually a day or two apart from apparel. The long sleeve is printed by a different studio too, so it arrives in its own box.

Tees, long sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies: turn inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang to dry, no bleach, don't iron or dry clean over the print.

Tote: hand wash cold or spot clean, air dry.

Blanket: machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low, no bleach.

Mug: microwave and dishwasher safe.

Every piece is made for your pet, so custom items can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't match the preview, we reprint it free or refund it: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery at tylerljohnson26@gmail.com.

Your photos stay yours. We never use a customer's pet in our marketing without asking. Uploads are deleted 30 days after shipping. Uploads that are never ordered are deleted 60 days after upload.
